Oops Forgot My #1 Rule

I was doing energy work last night on a Friend who just lost her Father. This was her first experience with Energy Release and Reclaiming her Authentic Self. When I do this work, my little i(d) checks out and I become one with Universal Energy and Knowledge. I place stones, crystals and wands around the body to maximize efficiency; as the energy releases I send it outside to feed Mother Nature and streamline the Universal Energy coming in through her Crown Chakra. I used Liquid Gold Energy for optimum speed and results and was guided not to touch her, so I directed all energy with my hands building and dispersing it with a rattle and words. The session went very well, bound and core energy issues started releasing and her Authentic Self energy was thrown outside her body and realigned into the physical like a jigsaw puzzle. I have seen pieces of self realign like a jigsaw puzzle, but never the whole self, it was really amazing. I then closed her chakras and let her assimilate the shift. I then clear myself to insure I don't take on someone elses work; unfortunately with friends I usually forget assuming everything is fine so WRONG. Letting my guard down when doing this type of work can really be hazardous to my Health and I need to make it an automatic reflex. Water is always a must after work like this for the receiver and myself to clear on the physical. Well I awoke with very low energy today and have been fighting to get it back ... I just want to SLEEP. I'm so lucky it's a weekend. I smudged the Condo and will take a tepid shower before bed .

Magic is Afoot and the Job Search is On

I broke through the Core block Big Time, woohoo doing the "Happy Dance". I sent in a smokin' Resume for a Job I'm really interested in, the $$ is good, I have the knowledge, my Boss is behind me 100% & it's in a laidback office. Now, if it's meant to be, manifest this for me or bring in something better for my highest good & the highest purpose for all concerned.

Universe Is Known For Kicking Butt

I have noticed when I'm not moving energy blocks quickly enough Universe will kick my butt and believe me it hurts on most levels. I have been consistantly avoiding doing my work to get the new job. Procrastination is a great way to build energy & drop kick you into where you need to be. Yes you get there, unfortunately you feel like Shark Chum in the process. When it's a Core Block (family of Origin programming) I intuit that I'm getting ready to go through something big, for me usually Emotional. Sometimes on a conscious level I'll start avoiding the work like "time constraints" or I'll bargain and then not follow through. When too much time has been spent avoiding the work, the work comes to me. All levels start creating in Tandem; Spiritual brings the lesson into the Physical which continues to the Mental and Emotional. My big lessons come as a personal interactions that hook my Core Blocks. When processing the energy, it literally feels like someone is scratching my chest from the inside out, old programming keeps poking me as I process the interaction through discussion, different perspectives come up clarifying the mental hurdles and help Heal the Block. This time Reclaiming Personal Power. To insure I get the lesson on all levels I exercise, this helps anchor the Lesson into reality & completes the balance.

Reclaiming Personal Power: Visualize taking back all your energy from the person, place or thing; then return all of the energy not yours back to the source of your fear, pain, anger etc

Protection: Surround yourself with a Golden Dome & visualize Seraphim surrounding you.

Three Quick Energy Techniques

These are Three of my Favorite Energy Refocusing Techniques

1) Release and Refocus Anger
Visualize a Handball size of energy, close your eyes and zing it around your body for about 10-20 seconds. Rub your hands together then rub your hands on your thighs to your knees visualizing the excess energy going into the earth feeding Mother Nature. Repeat if necessary. Fill your body up with sparkling white energy expanding the energy out 3 feet beyond your body (now is a perfect time to visualize your perfect want or desire send it out to manifest) and close the Crown Chakra if in public for added protection.

2) Start Emotional Blocked Energy Flowing
Watch a favorite movie that triggers crying and ride the tears out to completion. Fill your body up with cotton candy pink fluffy energy (gentle Healing) and drink plenty of water.

3) Energize
Standing take 3 deep breaths exhaling through your mouth, bend slowly forward vertebrae by vertebrae from the waist until younarebas far as you can go, very slowly move to the left side take a deep breath, move to the center take a deep breath, then to the right take a deep breath and back to the center. Slowly raise back up vertebrae by vertebrae; you may feel a rush of energy or a bit dizzy. Take a deep breath and feel the soles of your feet if they are cold visualize them rooting like a tree (this is to ground). Healthier than a cup of coffee and in the time it takes to make one you're finished.

Rats Lost photos

I was going to add some before and after photos of the changes I made to my condo. Unfortunately many were deleted from my Desk Top and some names were changed to a scanned photo I had done months ago. I specifically moved the new home photos to a Drive where I had lots of free space. Rats well it's only things, however I still feel pissy about it. I know when stuff like this comes up I need to release remnant dross energy and after yesterday's healing sessions I'm not surprised more clearing is taking place today. I find for myself the release and shifting continues noticeably for 3 days to a week. I am going to take a hot shower and after spritz with Lavender to help gently release some more before I go to bed. 3:15am comes quickly and I want a sound sleep tonight.

Afternoon of Healing with Friends

Yesterday afternoon I participated in incredible healing sessions with Karin and Cheryl.
Karin's Healing Session:
First I placed various stones around her body; grounding and calling forth all beings making a pact to be here at this time for the "Highest good for all concerned". The usual beginning, releasing old patterns and clearing all energies not hers past, present and future and all levels spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. I always go with how I am guided in my healing, readings etc... This time I used a balancing technique; using my right hand on her right knee and my left hand on left ball her of foot. As energy built, I moved to her left big toe and the energy released as I removed my left hand and flicked the energy off my fingers. I continued until I was guided to move to the left knee and right foot, energy building and releasing the same as before. I moved to her right hip with my right hand /left knee with my left hand when most energy released I took my left hand and moved it down her right leg completing the energy release cycle and then the same with her left hip/right knee. I moved to her right shoulder with my right hand and her left hand with my left hand and again as energy started to release I took my left hand and pulled the energy down her left arm and shook the energy off my left hand. I tapped her Thymus gland (between the throat and sternum)to boost her immune system and moved to her head placing my right middle finger on her Third Eye (spot in the middle of the forehead) to energize and clear. I placed both hands under her head and massaged the hollow at the base of the skull and both sides. Her upper chest & head were started releasing on the physical (Karin has an involuntary upper body jerk which is also her "Truth" barometer) I continued until the release was completed. I moved to left shoulder with my left hand and her right hand with my right hand. I moved my right hand down her right arm completing the energy release. I then moved to her Solar Plexus (center of the body above the abdomen) and noticed her Father (passed many years ago) was energetically connected & helping her run her energy and another was also energetically connected(I don't know who this person/being was). I started tapping on her Solar Plexus accessing the energy to release & had her cut cords with her Dad and all energies not hers so she could feel her True Authentic Self. I have learned from past Healing sessions people's fears come up big time when cutting cords to protect the little i(d) from losing it's power. To placate the little i(d), I always add "You can reconnect at any time with a thread of love energy from your Heart to the Heart of another". Completing the energy release I had Karin bring in the Universal Energy through the top of her head filling her body and enclosing it in a bubble. The Guides there to help in the Healing looked on in joy seeing Karin running her own energy.
A job well done and an afternoon well spent.
