Time to Integrate

Life never ceases to amaze me all I can say is Thank You! I am being motivated to start walking again & it's easy. I have always been really active & after I was diagnosed with osteopenia (cracked a rib doing a simple sit-up) I was freaked I could crack something else. I have been on a prescription now for 2 1/2 years & started doing strength training again in February of this year 4 days a week & was walking 20 min in the morning to catch the bus & 20min home but I'm still losing muscle tone & gaining weight Bummer. So I have decided to get off the bus & extend my walk home from 20 min. to 30 - 45 min. I started yesterday & this should be easy as I used to walk home from work when I lived closer, so I will see how much it blends my mind, body & spirit.

A New Job Has Arrived

With the downsizing I am happy to say all who wanted the Buy Out got it & none from my Department needed to be surplussed.
Yesterday I was offered a new job, same pay & will have even more contact with people in the job I want. I was also told by a friend if I was interested in Management a different tack would be Process Analyst. My plan is remaining on track; guide me to the best job for my highest good & the highest good of all concerned. I have my trust setbacks & will self doubt when things don't happen quickly enough, which fits perfectly in tandem with my being more patient with me. Thanks to a terrific support team continually holding my Truth to my face. Stepping back, breathing & trusting my Inner Guidance is pulling me through slowly & surely.
Timing does not mean in my scheme of how my life should unfold but what is best for all concerned.

President Elect Obama

I have never been more excited about a new President than I am today. I believe President Elect Obama can really start to turn this country around, partially because he is including "We the People" to do our part. Sure it is going to take time and he is smart enough to preface that. Pouring through the United States brightest minds (You are only as good as the people you surround yourself ) to help him make the best decisions for the Country. What a refreshing change after 8 years of a Dictatorship creating devastation on so many levels. George W Bush is not a bad man he just let his inner petulant teenager take over and didn't want to listen to anyone, the Presidency was his job & "He" wanted to do it by himself right or wrong. Change happens when a problem hits critical mass and we are pushed to try a different approach. Thus Mr Obama is our new President Elect. The cherry on top for me, he wasn't the lesser of two evils, he was the best choice.
I love researching history and I am now checking out what each Cabinet Member does & will google each person chosen, for credentials background etc ...
Good thoughts for our new President to do the best of his ability & to keep him safe.

Businesses are Downsizing Including Mine

So many businesses are downsizing these days mine included 10-15% across the board Managers & Occupationals.
I have been clearing & protecting regularly. I'm guided to the protection of a Golden Tornado surrounding me keeping all negativity outside the boundary of 5 feet.

Downsizing in my Department has not effected me as someone was ready to Retire. The grapevine is buzzing this will happen next year also.
I will continue my schedule until shown a different direction.

One of My Favorite Seattle Characters Has Returned

One of my Favorite Seattle Characters has returned to his regular venue at Macy's entrance to Seattle's Metro Bus Tunnel my favorite Street Musician Flutist Antonio (:>). He had taken, to me, a long sabatical playing at the other end of the Metro Bus Tunnel sharing his joy with other Lucky Seattlites as they were working on the escalators at my end of the Tunnel. I really missed him!! I have found certain people come into my life just to brighten my day, put a lift in my step, add the silver lining to an otherwise grey cloud of a day & he is most certainly one of them!! I swear to God, go to this part of Seattle & he will brighten your day too Guaranteed. He told me he has started writing a book about his experiences as a Street Musician his "Chosen Profession" and has many great stories. I believe it and I can't wait to start reading as I am lucky enough to get the beginning draft of a few pages. Stay Tuned.

Divine Intervention, Could Be?

I had a well deserved vacation and was able to reschedule my Job Testing for the following Monday. Sweet!! Who in her/his right mind would want to do work related tasks on vacation. I was a bit nervous going into the testing area & was greeted by Michelle, immediately I felt at ease. During testing my PC locked up giving me a chance to become more familiar with how the test worked and when completed Michelle told me I passed. I thought "Hot Dog I Still Got It WooHoo" :>) Tuesday the Company pulled the job due to "Business Qualifications". I went to HR looked at the job openings and indeed most of the jobs in my region had been pulled. Available were Sales jobs "Been There Done That" when I was in my teens "No Way, So Not My Thing". I then went through feelings of Denial, Anger, Depression and Acceptance (I must not have wanted it enough to Bargain). Today I'm seeing the goal was not for the Job but to show myself after 15 years I still Rocked interviews and testing. Control totally yanked from my hands again, a Core issue I'm relearning and working on Trusting I'm exactly where I need to be and continuing to wait to be shown what is best for me and all concerned. I LOVE my job, I just need more cash flow, so here's to me creating abundance however it comes to me :>)

Oops Forgot My #1 Rule

I was doing energy work last night on a Friend who just lost her Father. This was her first experience with Energy Release and Reclaiming her Authentic Self. When I do this work, my little i(d) checks out and I become one with Universal Energy and Knowledge. I place stones, crystals and wands around the body to maximize efficiency; as the energy releases I send it outside to feed Mother Nature and streamline the Universal Energy coming in through her Crown Chakra. I used Liquid Gold Energy for optimum speed and results and was guided not to touch her, so I directed all energy with my hands building and dispersing it with a rattle and words. The session went very well, bound and core energy issues started releasing and her Authentic Self energy was thrown outside her body and realigned into the physical like a jigsaw puzzle. I have seen pieces of self realign like a jigsaw puzzle, but never the whole self, it was really amazing. I then closed her chakras and let her assimilate the shift. I then clear myself to insure I don't take on someone elses work; unfortunately with friends I usually forget assuming everything is fine so WRONG. Letting my guard down when doing this type of work can really be hazardous to my Health and I need to make it an automatic reflex. Water is always a must after work like this for the receiver and myself to clear on the physical. Well I awoke with very low energy today and have been fighting to get it back ... I just want to SLEEP. I'm so lucky it's a weekend. I smudged the Condo and will take a tepid shower before bed .

Making Money on the Internet

My Mortgage is close to 5/8th of my income thus my investigating online money makers.
A few things learned while trying to make money on the Internet.
1) Never buy the Survey Lists you can find most if not all for free.

2) Don't expect to make big money as stated in so many adds surveys pennies to $5.00 so far

3) Make sure when you sign up for a trial run on a product that you set up the cancelation at least 3 days before the trial expiration date you don't want to be surprised by a charge hitting your bank account. (sometimes it takes 2-3 days to cancel by internet a call is better & don't be surprised when the person tries to talk you into staying) I have found so far these pay the best $2.00 - $30.00. Try Vindale they walk you through this procedure.
4) Be aware when you trial a credit card it will lower your Credit rating.
